Due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any opened, used, or purchased products. This policy helps ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of all products for every customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will happily offer a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
